Technical Support

  • E-Learning technology questions from students will initially be directed to Robyn Brooks during the roll-out of Moodle.
  • Complex questions and technical difficulties will be forwarded to the IT staff.
  • As Kinetic’s online course offerings increase in size, a team of Moodle administrators will be hired to handle these questions.

Instructional Support

  • Course-related questions from students will initially be directed to a group mailbox, monitored daily by Kinetic’s instructors.
  • As Kinetic moves from a self-contained E-Learning model to an instructor-led model, individual instructors will be responsible for their own course sections.
