Time and Resources

• The time to work on this project will be determined by the face-to-face training schedule and the demand of our customers.
• Kinetic instructors typically get one prep day per week to design curriculum and/or prepare to instruct new courses.
• A portion of instructor prep days will be devoted to developing e-learning content.
• The IT staff will be involved in publishing the content once it is produced.
• As the project grows, new staff will be added, as outlined in the Change Management plan.
