Launch Official Kinetic E-Learning portal using Moodle. Achieve goal of 10% revenue boost coming from E-Learning courses (offset by any drop in classroom enrollments).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2011:<\/strong> Expand E-Learning offerings to include Adobe\u00c2\u00a0 and other software. This includes obtaining the correct licenses from the software manufacturers, and ensuring compliance with their standards. Achieve goal of 20% revenue coming from E-Learning courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2012:<\/strong> Expand marketing of Kinetic E-Learning programs to areas outside Oregon and Southwest Washington. Achieve goal of 40% revenue coming from E-Learning courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2013:<\/strong> Begin targeting select national accounts for E-Learning Instructional Design consulting services. Achieve goal of 60% revenue coming from E-Learning courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2014:<\/strong> Continue growing Kinetic&#8217;s E-Learning programs. Expand instructional staff and begin offering instructor-guided online courses. Achieve goal of 80% revenue coming from E-Learning courses and consulting services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2015:<\/strong> Evaluate progress, and begin looking into the future of Kinetic&#8217;s E-Learning program.
